Warm up – 10 min: 

  • 10 Hip Windshield Wipers + Hip Lift/side
  • 60 sec Close Grip Bar Hang
  • 10 Reverse Step Ups/leg
  • 10 Band RNT Split Squat/Leg

Strength:

  • Back Squat 3×5-10 – increase weight by 5-10 pounds from last week
  • 3 sets: 8-10 DB Strict Press + 3-5 Push Press @30X1
  • 1 Arm Row 3×12/arm

Conditioning: 

Partner WOD – 3 sets each:

  • 6-12 Close Barbell Floor Press
  • 8 Bulgarian Split Squats/Leg
  • 15 Band Face Pulls + 15 Band Bent Over Row
