  • 1:20 on a Cardio Machine of your choice

Gymnastics

10 min EMOM:

  • Odd) 1-3 Strict Muscle Ups/negatives
  • Handstand Walk/Hold Practice

Conditioning:

3 sets -3 min ON/OFF:

  • 5 Strict Pull ups
  • 10 Burpees to Target
  • 5 Strict Pull ups
  • 10 Box Jump Step Down or Step ups
  • Hold sustainable pace on machine for remainder
