  • 10 Cossacks + 10 Pause Goblet Squats
  • 10 Single Leg RDL/Leg
  • 10 DF Cuban Press
  • Band Shoulder Series

Strength:

A1) Back Squat 1×3-6, 1×6-8, 1×8-12

A2) Pause Ring Rows 3×8-12

Conditioning:

Partner WOD – For time:

200m Run (Together)

12-9-6:

  • DB Incline Bench press
  • Barbell RDL
