  • Even) 1-3 Strict Muscle Ups/Negatives

Conditioning:

5 sets – 2 min ON/OFF:

  • 5-10 Strict Pull ups
  • 18/14 Cals on Machine
  • Toes to Bar/V-Ups/Sit ups for Remainder
