  • 10 Pause Calf/Tib Raises
  • Band Shoulder Series
  • 10 Cossacks + 10 Pause Goblet Squats
  • 10 Cuban Press

Strength:

A1) Back Squat 1×6, 1×8, 1×12 – decrease weight each set – all @3RIR

A2) Pause Ring Rows 3×8-12

Conditioning:

Partner WOD – 3RFT:

  • 500/400m Row
  • 12-10-8:
    • Incline Bench Press
    • DB RDL
