  • 5-15 Strict Toes to Bar
  • Accumulate AMRAP Strict Muscle Up Negatives

Conditioning:

5 sets – 1 min ON/OFF:

  • Row
  • Bike/Ski/Run or 30 Double Unders + 10 DB Snatch + Muscle Ups/Pull ups for remainder
