    • 100 ft. DB OH Walking Lunge or Body Weight Walking Lunge
    • 6 Wall Walks or 60 DB Snatch
  • 3 rounds:
    • 100 Double Unders
    • 40 Pistols to Box or Step ups
    • 100 ft. Handstand Walk or Double KB Overhead Carry
