Warm Up

2 rounds:

  • 15 Seated Leg Curls
  • 10 Single Leg RDL/leg
  • 10 Cossacks + 10 Pause Goblet Squats
  • 10 Cuban Press

Strength:

A) Back Squat 1×3-6, 1×8-12 – increase load/reps from last week

B1) Barbell Incline Bench Press 3×6-10 – increase load/reps from last week

B2) Chest Supported Row 3×10-15 – increase load/reps from last week

Conditioning:

Partner WOD – For time:

  • Wide Grip Bent Over Row

75-50-25:

  • Ft. of Walking Lunges

15-10-5:

  • Push ups

150-100-50:

  • Ft. of Farmer Carry
