Warm Up

2 rounds

  • 15 Seated Leg Curls
  • 10 Single Leg RDL/Leg
  • 10 Cossacks + 10 Pause Goblet Squats
  • 10 Cuban Press

Strength:

A) Back squat 1×3-6, 1×8-12 – increase load/reps from last week

B1) Barbell Incline Bench Press 3×6-10 – increase load/reps from last week

B2) 3 sets: 10-15 Gliding Leg Curls + 8-15 DB RDL

Conditioning:

Partner WOD – 3 sets:

  • 10 Wide Grip Pronated Barbell Bent Over Rows
  • 5-10 Supinated Bent Over Row
  • 30 sec Ring Plank
  • 10 Russian KBS
  • 10 KB Sumo Deadlifts
