Warm Up

2 rounds:

  • 15 Seated Leg Curls
  • 10 Single Leg RDL/Leg
  • 10 Cossacks + 10 Pause Goblet Squats
  • 10 Cuban Press

Strength:

  • A) Back Squat 1×6@3RIR, 1×12@3RIR
  • B1) Barbell Incline Bench Press 2×10 @3RIR
  • B2) 2 sets: 10 Gliding Leg Curls + 10 DB RDL @3RIR

Conditioning:

Partner WOD – 3 sets each:

  • 10 Wide Grip Barbell Bent Over Rows
  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 10 DB Floor Press
  • 10 Walking Lunges
