Gymnastics:

10 min window to practice:

  • Wall Walk + Handstand Hold
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Handstand Walk
  • Free Standing Handstand

W.O.D.

3 sets – 3 min ON/3 min OFF:

  • 15/10 Cals on Machine
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 5 Burpee Muscle Up/Burpee Pull up or 16 DB Snatch
  • 7/5 Cals on Machine
  • 15 Double Unders
  • Burpee Muscle Ups/Burpee Pull ups or DB Snatch for remainder
