  1. 40 sec on Cardio Machine
  2. 40 sec Sandbag Bear Hug Carry or 5-15 Toes to Bar
  3. 40 sec Machine 2/Box Jump Step Down
  4. 40 sec Farmer Carry or 1-5 Wall Walks
