Choose one of the following paths:

Gymnastics:

A) In a 10 min window, practice:

  • Handstand Hold
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Handstand Walk

Engine

Every 2 minutes on the minute for 5 sets:

  • 15 sec Sprint on a Machine

W.O.D.

3 sets – 1 min ON/OFF:

  • Machine 1
  • Jump Rope or Muscle Up/Strict Burpee Pull up
  • Machine 2
  • Shuttle Run or Toes to Bar
