Warm Up:

2 rounds:

  • 30 sec Band Shoulder Distraction/side
  • 10 Cossacks + 10 Pause Goblet Squats
  • 10 DF Cuban Press
  • 15 Rocking Hip Flexor Mob/side

Strength:

a) Back Squat 3×6

b1) DB Incline Bench Press 3×6-10

b2) RDL 3×6-10

Conditioning:

Partner WOD – 15 min AMRAP:

Partner 1) 500/400m on Rower

Partner 2) AMRAP: 5 Strict Pull ups + 10 Push ups + 16 Walking Lunges

-When partner 1 finished their row, switch and pick up where your partner left off

-Score is total # of rounds of Cindy
