  • 100m on Machine
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 3 Goblet Squats
  • 4 DB Snatch
  • 5 Pull ups
  • 6 Step Ups
  • 7 Toes to Bar
  • 8 Single Arm DB Hang Clean & Jerk (4/arm)
  • 9 Hand Release Push ups
  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 11 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 12 Single Arm DB Squat Clean Thruster (6/arm)

Perform the workout just like the song:

100m on Machine

20 Double Unders+ 100m on Machine

3 Goblet squats + 20 Double Unders + 100m on Machine

etc.

-If partner, alternate every movement
