10 Nerve Floss/side

then 2 rounds:

15 Seated Leg Curls

10 Single leg RDL/leg

15 Rocking Hip Flexor Mob/side

Strength:

Trap Bar Deadlift 3×5-8 – increase load/reps

Conditioning;

15 min EMOM:

  1. 6 DB Step ups/leg – Keep foot on box and perform all 6 reps on one leg before switching sides
  2. 10 Rower Leg Curls
  3. 10 GHD Hip Extensions or 10-20 Barbell Good Mornings
  4. 15 Banded Russian Kettlebell Swings
  5. Rest
