Warm Up:

30 sec Close Grip Bar Hang

10 DF Cuban Press

10 Band Chest Fly + 10 Band Chest Press

8 ATG Split Squats/leg

Strength:

Bench Press 3×5-8 – increase load/reps

Supinated Chin Ups x5-8 – increase load/reps

Conditioning:

Partner WOD

P1) 3 sets each: 10 DB Incline Bench Press + 10 DB Chest Supported Row

P2) Hold Sustainable Pace on a Machine

Switch when partner 1 finishes their round

immediately into

P1) 3 sets each: 15 Band Hammer Curl + 15 Band Tricep Press down

P2) Hold Sustainable Pace on a Machine
