  3. 5-10 Strict Hanging Knee Raise/Strict Toes to Bar 

W.O.D.

Every 3 min for 3 sets: 

  • 200m Run 
  • # Bar Muscle Ups or Kipping Toes to Bar

then 

Partner WOD – 8 min AMRAP: 

  • 2 Wall Walks
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 4 Wall Walks
  • 40 Double Unders
