  • 15 Seated Leg Curls
  • 10 Single Leg RDL/Leg
  • 15 Rocking Hip Flexor Mob/side

Strength:

Dead Stop Deadlift 3×5-8 – increase load/reps 

Conditioning: 

Partner WOD – 3RFT:

  • 100 ft. Walking Lunge
  • 40 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Heels Elevated Goblet Squats 

Split the reps 

Cashout;

3 sets – 30 sec ON/OFF: 

  • Ab Mat/D Ball Tempo Crunch
