- 8 Split Squat Rock Backs/side
- 60 sec Close Grip Bar Hang
- 90 sec Rolling Plank
- Band Series
Strength:
- Back Squat 5-7-9 – Build to a heavy set of 5 and then decrease weight on the next 2 sets
- Strict Pull ups 3 x 5-15 – Add reps to last week

- 40 Push ups – choose a challenging variation
- 60 Goblet Squats
