  • 10 Single Leg RDL/Leg
  • 15-20 Seated Leg Curls

Strength:

  • Back Squat 4×7
  • 3 sets: 15 Pause Calf/Tib Raises

Conditioning:

Partner WOD – 3 sets each:

  • 10 Barbell Reverse Lunges + 10-20 Wall Balls

immediately into 3 sets each:

  • 10 RDL + 10 Hip Thrusts
